ot. The stay in that hotel was for 2 days. For those days no hot water was provided. The hotel name is Island Pride. -> The worse part was happened in Neil Island. There was proper coordination between people of great andaman. we reached havelock on 2nd day morning 10.30 am. There the co-ordinators told that 2nd day Havelock will be covered and 3rd day the ferry to Neil would be at 2.30 PM. Which was ok. -> We got into ferry to Neil at 2.30 PM and reached at around 4 PM. Here, even the tour coordinator didn't come to pick us. Instead other guy came and told us that there is one point to see "The natural bridge" and then he told the next dau morning ferry is at 8.30 PM which was surprising. No time was provided to see Neil Island. 3 rd day at neil I have spent almost 1.5 hr with all the tour coordinates and no proper response from the people. I had to call multiple times. They told that the Govt ferry which was in the afternoon was cancelled on the 4th day so had to rush in the morning. On the whole we have just seen the natural bridge and after quarreling with people then the Scuba diving is planned in the morning 6 am. Actually speaking we were not satisfied with the Neil Island Trip. Even the head tour coordinators were least bothered how we spent in the Neil. We ourselves have to contact them and had to give feedback. They just told that I was not reachable. But instead have all the drivers numbers, withing of the sources they can contact us. Finally, the Neil Island has created improper impression due to lack of coordination between the coordinators. This had impact on the entire trip feedback. So much money we spend to cover all the points. To our surprise we just spent couple of hours in Neil. Instead if that was removed from our itenary we would have saved both money and time. Am writing this review for all the travellers. Please have check of the complete plan we they give along with the timings before starting at Port Blair in order avoid confusion which will lead in either missing the view points or will lead us to hurry. It has to like a relaxed trip rather than hurry bury trip. I would like to suggest the Great Andaman people also, to plan the trip properly and explain the tour trip along with timings the first day itself. One more important thing is that , you need to talk to customers if they are comfortable or not, which not happening. Instead, they are shouting at customers which is ruthless. Though the 3 days went well, the Neil Island trip made us to forget that 3 days trip also. Atleast now take initiate so that the customers wont face such issue.

Hotel Airport was one of the pathetic experience, we ever faced. Though we were allotted Premium rooms, the quality of the rooms were below average, Toiletries were not provided and food served was very poor. Day 2 to Day 4 : Havelock to Neil experience was really awesome. The stay and behaviour of drivers/staff were really great. Overall I felt there is a poor communication from Andaman great holidays to Vendors/drivers . However, drivers and vendors managed the situations well. My name was spelled incorrectly in all the ferry tickets. This is another miss from Andaman great holidays team. Fortunately, inspectors couldn't find it and travel was smooth. Also there was surprise gift item specified in the itinerary, We haven't received any and request you not to put any false promises in the itinerary ot misguide guests

me Pros and Cons.. Day 1 - Port Blair. Hotel allotted was Katchal inn, which was NOT in my Itenary, due to some Technical reasons. The room was very comfortable but imagine our surprise when they said there was NO room service in the Hotel.. We had to take Lunch and Dinner in another Hotel in Aberdeen Bazaar. Day 2 & 3 - Havelock Breakfast was included in our Package. Our Tour Coordinator was a very good person. He gave us our Breakfast packet. The breakfast was shocking as it comprised of only 4 slices of Bread Jam, a Cold Egg and a Frooti Packet. Havelock Hotel was Sandaze Beach Resort. The rooms were very Good. Their Previous Guests had damaged some property so they were not willing to give room service. Finally convinced them for Room service by giving Extra Money for every service. This Hotel has a very Nice Beach view. Very Comfortable and Serene Atmosphere. The food at Sundaze Hotel was very Delicious. Ordered veg food. The Breakfast given on Day 3 and Day 4 was very good. Day 4 - Left for Neil Island. The Hotel was Coco N Huts. We opted for Standard Room which was very Small. The Latch of Bathroom door was Broken. When i asked for different room, the Manager agreed but as we had Unpacked our Luggage and due to time constraint, we stayed in the same room. I would suggest a Semi-Deluxe room to anyone coming to this Hotel. Food was very Good.. Breakfast on Day 5 was Buffet having many options. Impressed by their Hospitality.. This Hotel also has a very Nice Beach view. Day 5 & 6 - Back to PortBlair. This time we were Allotted Hotel Andaman Plaza (Hotel of AGH). Food was Good.. Breakfast on Day 6 was also good. Day 7 - Back to Home. We had our return flight in Morning at 7 am. I had repeated requested AGH to provide a good Breakfast on Last day of our Journey, but it was again a packet having 4 slices of Bread Jam, a Cold Egg (which we threw away this time) and a Frooti Packet. We had to purchase Breakfast at Airport. As a Kind Gesture, we received a Gift (Our Photo Frame) from AGH which was very Nice. Staff of All Hotels were very Cooperative and All the Drivers were very Punctual during the entire Trip. Overall, if we Neglect some Issues, we had a very Memorable Trip. Andaman is beautiful!! Everyone who was involved in the trip from Andaman great holidays Arijit, Patrick, Rohit, Sorobjit, Roop Kumar, Bibu everyone were all wonderful people. here as per my opinion. North Bay island will be the perfect place for water activities cause one will get enough time for the activities. Sea walk in elephant beach.

th a brilliant gift, the whole journey was 99% perfect for us. The package price was also very well within reach for any upper middle-class family. Extremely punctual travel agents in all places. They used to start contacting over phone even before our flight and ferrys could reach destination. Cabs were always ready to pick us up, as far as I remember the maximum duration we had to wait for a cab was 5 minutes. Some special mention : 1. Mr Kundan, a very helpful man who despite living in an internet-poor location like Andaman, helped a lot to shape up the plan of our family trip. He solved all our queries regarding quality of accommodations, sometimes with self-arranged photographs. 2. Mr Divendar, our agent in Port Blair, a nice well-behaved helpful young man. Our tickets for government ferry to Havelock & Neil couldn't be arranged because of some problem from ferry counter. This man called me up explaining the situation and the extra amounts to be paid for a private ferry. Only after I gave him confirmation he actually bought the tickets. 3. All the drivers in Port Blair, Havelock and Neil. Not only good quality cabs & skillful drivers, there were touch of punctuality in every step.
